The office is located at B 28 in the Qutab Institutional Area of New Delhi. It is a quiet part of the city compared to the main markets, which makes it a decent place to get work done without too much distraction. Our building is a standard brick structure that fits right in with the other offices along the road. Inside, you will find rows of desks and plenty of shelves filled with documents and folders. We spend the bulk of our time looking at data and planning out different projects that we handle from this location. There is a small pantry where we take breaks, and the atmosphere is usually quite focused. People come in around nine and the office stays active until late afternoon. We don’t spend much on fancy furniture because we prefer to keep the focus on the actual tasks we have at hand. The Qutab area has a lot of trees and it feels a bit more relaxed than the center of town. We see a lot of people from other organizations walking around during lunch hours. Our day-to-day involves a lot of coordination between different teams and making sure the paperwork is filed where it belongs. It is a very grounded workplace where everyone just gets on with their jobs. We have been in this building for some time and it has become a very familiar routine for all of us.
