Being right on the Wazirpur Industrial Area Main Road at A 96/9 means we see everything that goes by. The dust from the road is a constant battle, but we've stopped caring about it much. We deal with plastics and colors at Pooja Plasto Colour Impex, so there are always bags and containers stacked up to the ceiling. It is a bit of a maze inside sometimes. You have to watch your step so you don’t trip over a pallet. We have a small staff and we all know each other's business. It feels more like a family than a workplace most of the time. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoons, making the office quite warm. We just turn up the cooler and keep going. People stop in because they saw our sign while stuck in traffic. We don't do much advertising. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. Sometimes we have long discussions about the quality of a certain batch of pigment. It might seem boring to some, but it's what we do. We try to stay organized, but in a place like this, things have a way of getting messy quickly. We just sort it out at the end of the week. It’s a busy life but we wouldn't know what else to do. We just keep the shop running and help the people who walk in. The main road can be a headache, but it keeps us busy.
