Working with plastic isn't always clean but it’s what we’ve been doing for years. The industrial area can be quite dusty and noisy but that’s just the environment we work in. We have various molds and setups for different types of jobs. It’s a lot of physical labor and making sure the heat is just right. We don’t really have a front desk or a fancy waiting room.
