Pll is a bit different from your usual office-based business. We don't really have a physical storefront or a big building with a lobby. Instead, we mostly handle everything through the internet. The main way to get in touch with us is through email. We actually prefer it that way. The address we use is Rp Dave Hotmailcom. It might seem a bit old school to use a hotmail account these days, but it works fine for what we do. We find that it’s easier to keep track of things when they are written down in an inbox. It saves us from having to be tied to a specific desk all day long. We can check messages from wherever we happen to be. We don't have a team of receptionists or a fancy phone system. It’s just us responding to emails as they come in. Sometimes we are quick to reply, and other times it might take a day if we are busy with other things. Pll is just a simple operation that values direct communication. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles to get the job done. Just a working internet connection and our email account is enough. It’s not flashy, but it’s how we like to run things. No corporate overhead or big office rent to worry about. We just log in and see what's waiting for us.
