Plastic Component Industries

We are located in Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase I, specifically at A 24. This is where we manufacture various plastic components. The factory floor is pretty much filled with injection molding machines and piles of raw plastic granules. It’s a noisy place, and the heat from the machines can be quite intense, especially during the middle of the day. We have a team of operators who watch the machines around the clock to make sure the parts come out right. The floor is usually covered with some scraps and the smell of hot plastic is always in the air. We aren't a big corporation, just a medium-sized unit trying to keep up with the orders we get. Our office is just a small cabin partitioned off from the main production area, so you can always hear the thumping of the presses. We spend a lot of time checking the dimensions of the parts with calipers and making sure the molds are clean. It’s a lot of technical work, but we’ve learned it by doing it every day for years. Mayapuri is a busy industrial hub, so there are always trucks waiting to load up. We don't have time for fancy presentations or marketing. We just focus on our machines and making sure the components are ready when the client needs them. It’s a tough environment, but it is what we know best.
