Planman Consulting can be found in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, specifically at 13 B, Pocket 1. It’s a well-known part of Delhi, and we’ve been here long enough to feel like part of the furniture. The office is straightforward. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a place where we sit down and handle the consulting tasks that our clients bring to us. Working in Mayur Vihar has its ups and downs, mostly depending on the traffic, but it’s a good location for us. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are a small group of people who know how to do our jobs and don't feel the need to dress it up in fancy language. We don’t have any polished speeches about our history or our goals. We just show up in the morning, check our emails, and start on the folders on our desks. Sometimes we get a bit behind, and sometimes we’re ahead of schedule. It’s just like any other workplace. We value being practical and honest. If a job is going to take a week, we say it’ll take a week. We don’t like to overpromise things. Our neighbors in Pocket 1 are mostly families and other small businesses, so it’s a friendly environment. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work. It’s a simple way of doing business, and it’s worked for us so far. No fluff, just work.
