Our office for Pipal Research is located at S361 in Greater Kailash I. While GK I is known for being a bit more upscale, our actual workspace is pretty basic. We’ve got the essentials: computers, a decent internet connection, and plenty of desk space. We don’t have marble floors or a fancy espresso bar. We’re here to do research, and that doesn't require a lot of luxury. Most of our day involves sitting down and really getting into the weeds of whatever topic we’re looking at. It can be exhausting to stare at numbers all day, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’re a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There’s no hierarchy where someone just sits around giving orders. If there’s a pile of papers that needs sorting, whoever is free does it. We like being in this part of New Delhi because there are good places to grab a quick bite nearby, even if the parking is a nightmare. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us. We don't put out a lot of promotional material. Instead, we just focus on making sure the reports we send out are accurate. It’s a straightforward approach to a fairly complicated job. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to provide clear answers based on solid evidence.
