Pile Foundations

We are based out of Anand Parbat on New Rohtak Road. If you know Delhi, you know this area is always moving and there is a lot of grit. Pile Foundations is exactly what it sounds like—we deal with the heavy stuff. Our office is more like a base camp. There’s usually some mud on the floor from boots and plenty of blueprints rolled up in the corners. It’s a gritty kind of job and we don’t try to hide that. We don’t spend much on fancy furniture because it would just get ruined. Instead, we have solid tables and chairs that can handle the daily wear and tear. The noise from Rohtak Road is constant, so we’ve all learned to talk a little louder. It’s not a place for quiet contemplation. We are usually checking schedules, talking to crews, or fixing something that broke. We aren't interested in making things sound more complicated than they are. Building things from the ground up is hard work and that’s what we do. The staff is a mix of older guys who’ve seen it all and younger ones learning the ropes. We eat lunch together when we can, usually something quick from a nearby stall. It’s a tough environment but it suits us. We don't need a polished image to do what we do. We just need to show up and make sure the foundations are right every single day.
