Perot Systems

If you find yourself in Nehru Nagar, New Delhi, you might pass Block No 10. We are at House No 71. This is where Perot Systems is set up. It’s a residential-style building turned into a workspace. It’s not like those big glass towers you see in other parts of the city. Here, things are a bit more grounded. The stairs are narrow, and the rooms are filled with computers and cables. We like it here because it feels like being part of the neighborhood. You can hear the vegetable sellers outside and the kids playing sometimes. It is a very human place to work. We don't have a fancy board of directors or anything like that. It’s just us. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of our deadlines. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we added things as we grew. It’s an honest kind of office. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just handle the business at hand. Sometimes the printers jam, or we run out of milk, and that’s just part of the day. Perot Systems in Nehru Nagar is just a small team in a big city. We are doing our best to keep things moving. There is no polish here, just hard work and the occasional joke to keep the mood light. It’s a plain place, but it’s where we get things done without any of the usual corporate fuss.
