We’re located over at D 16 in the Sma Industrial Estate, right off G T Karnal Road. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always trucks and noise around us. We make things for the security trade, specifically stuff for watchmen and guards. It’s a practical business. We have machines running most of the day and it can get pretty loud in the shop. The floors are concrete and there’s usually a bit of grease around. We aren't the type to sit in air-conditioned offices all day. We’re usually out on the floor checking on the production or packing up orders for delivery. It’s hard work, and your hands get dirty, but that’s how it is. We’ve been in this spot for years and know most of the other business owners on the block. Sometimes we have issues with the power or the machines break down, and we have to fix them ourselves to save time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just make the products and send them out. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes, probably drinking some tea during a short break. We just focus on getting the orders out on time to the people who need them. It’s not fancy, but it’s what we do. We take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving.
