People Group

We are based at 373 29 in Arun Vihar, which is a well-known part of Noida. People Group is a small setup, nothing too fancy or impressive. We have been operating from this location for a good while now. The neighborhood is mostly residential with some small offices tucked in here and there, which gives the whole area a nice, lived-in feel. We do not have a big flashy sign out front or a lobby with a security guard. It is just our office where we get things done. We handle various tasks related to people and their work lives. It is a bit of everything, really. Some days are spent mostly on the computer, and other days we are out meeting folks face to face. We like the way things are here in Arun Vihar. It is convenient for us and it does not feel like we are stuck in a corporate box all day. Our team is quite small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There is no "that is not my job" around here. We just want to be useful and keep the business running as smoothly as possible. We do not use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we actually are. If you come by, you will probably find us mid-conversation about a project or just catching up over a cup of tea. It is a simple, honest way to work.
