We operate out of the India Gate Timber Market, right near Nabha Gate. It is a place where you will see stacks of plastic items piled up high. We have buckets, tubs, storage bins, and all kinds of household plastic goods. The Timber Market is usually a very busy area, full of trucks and carts moving wood and other materials, so there’s always a bit of chaos outside our door. Our space is more of a warehouse than a fancy showroom. We keep the products stacked according to size and color, though sometimes things get mixed up when we are busy unloading a new shipment. Nabha Gate is a well-known landmark, so people don’t have much trouble finding us once they get into the market area. The air usually smells a bit like new plastic and sawdust from the neighbors. We’ve been dealing with plastic for quite some time and we know which grades are better for different uses. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving crates around, so we stay pretty active. We don’t have any fancy displays or bright lights. We just keep the inventory ready for the local shops and individuals who come to buy in bulk. It is a straightforward business, and we prefer it that way. Most days are spent checking the stock and talking to the drivers who help us move everything around. We just hope the truck traffic isn't too bad.
