Patpargaj N

Down in S 562 Shakarpur, things are always a bit crowded. Patpargaj N is located right in the thick of it in Delhi 92. If you’ve ever been to this part of the city, you know how the streets are. We have a small place here where we manage everything. It’s not much to look at from the outside, just a door and a small window. Inside, we have our desks and a few shelves for our supplies. The noise from the street never really stops, but we’ve learned to talk over it. It’s a busy life here in Shakarpur. We don't have time for anything fancy. Most days are spent dealing with people who drop by or calls that come in one after another. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so much happening, there’s always a bit of a mess somewhere. It’s a real local business, the kind where we know the name of the guy who sells fruit on the corner. We don’t use any big marketing tricks. We just stay open and do what we can for the people who need us. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait for it to come back on. That’s just part of being in Delhi. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. It’s home for the business and we don't think much about being anywhere else. It’s just regular work for regular people.
