Pathfinders International

Pathfinders International is located in Flat 3023 in New Delhi. It is an office set up within a large building complex, which is quite common in the city. Working out of a flat gives the place a bit of a homey feel, even if we are strictly professional when we are here. Delhi is a fast-paced city, and you can feel that energy even when you are inside. We have our computers set up in what would be the living and dining areas. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have everyone in at the same time, but we make it work. The balcony gives us a place to step out for a minute and see the city skyline, which is always covered in a bit of haze. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. People usually have to call us to find the right floor. It is a very down-to-earth way to run a business. We handle our international affairs from this flat, making calls and sending documents all over. It’s funny how much you can do from a simple apartment in New Delhi. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. We just have calendars, computers, and a few photos of our families. We keep it simple and focus on the day-to-day operations. It is just a regular office for regular people trying to do their jobs well in a big city.
