The office isn't anything special to look at, just a door and some windows with our name on it. Inside, it's mostly cables and computers. We spend our time troubleshooting and helping people with their digital needs. It gets hot in Bhopal, so we keep the fans going all day. Most people who come here are looking for technical help or have questions about their setups. We've been at Bhel Nagar for some time now. It’s a good area with lots of people working at the nearby plants. We don't do much advertising; people just find us or hear about us from someone else. It's a simple operation. We show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there.
