Pashupati Polymers

If you head over to Pratap Vihar in Ghaziabad, you’ll find Pashupati Polymers at M-41 in Sector 12. It’s an area with a lot of small industries and workshops. We work with polymer materials here. The shop floor is usually covered in scraps or raw materials because we are always in the middle of a project. It’s not the quietest place to work. There’s the sound of machines and the occasional truck loading up outside. We’ve been in Sector 12 for quite some time now. M-41 is our base of operations. We don't have a fancy reception area with sofas. Usually, if someone visits, we just pull up a plastic chair in the middle of the workspace. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the plastic and making sure the machines are running okay. Ghaziabad can be quite dusty and hot, especially in the summers, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. Pashupati Polymers isn't a big corporation. It’s a small team of us who know the trade. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth in the industrial area. We just focus on the work at hand and keeping the machines moving at M-41. Sometimes the raw material delivery is delayed by the traffic on the highway, but we just adjust our schedule. That is the way we operate. It's tough work but we like it.
