Parmod Kashyap

I’m based over in Karkardooma, specifically at G 218 near the GPO area in Delhi. My name is Parmod Kashyap and this small office is where I handle my daily business. Delhi is always moving fast and this neighborhood is no different. You’ve got the metro nearby and constant traffic, so there is never a quiet moment. My office isn't much to look at, just a desk, some chairs, and stacks of papers that I need to get through. I’ve lived in the city most of my life, so I’m used to the cramped spaces and the hustle. People drop in throughout the day, sometimes for work and sometimes just for a quick chat because they were passing by. I don't really use a lot of technology for everything; I still like writing things down in my ledger. It feels more solid that way. The heat can be quite a lot during the peak months, so the fan is always going. I don't have a big corporate team behind me. It’s mostly just me making sure the bills are paid and the clients are happy with what I’m doing for them. It’s a modest way to work, but it suits me fine. I like being in Karkardooma because everything you need is right within walking distance. It’s a practical location for a practical kind of business. I just take things one day at a time.
