Parmod Dubey

Our place is out in Manesar, specifically at Plot No 217 in IMT Sector 8. If you’ve ever been to this part of the industrial area, you know it’s all about manufacturing and hard work. My name is Parmod Dubey and this is where I spend almost all my time. The roads around here are always full of big trucks and workers coming and going. It’s a dusty place and it gets very hot in the summer, but that’s just life in an industrial zone. We don’t have a showroom or anything fancy like that. Our space is built for work. We have machines running and people busy with their hands. Most days are about hitting targets and making sure things are made the right way. I’ve been in this sector for a while and you learn that reliability is more important than looking good. We have a small team and we all know our roles. There isn't a lot of time for sitting around and chatting. When a shipment needs to go out, everyone pitches in to get it loaded. The power goes out sometimes, which is a nuisance, but we just work around it. It’s a gritty, no-nonsense kind of environment. I like being part of the production side of things. It’s satisfying to see something actually being built or handled. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
