I’m Pankaj Rai and I run my small business from 339 Dwarka Main Road. It’s a pretty straightforward place. If you are driving down the main road in Dwarka, you will see us eventually. The traffic can be quite loud during the morning rush, but you get used to it after a few months. I started this place because I wanted something of my own that wasn't tucked away in a tiny side street. Being on the main road makes it easier for people to drop by. The office itself is quite plain. I have a desk, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of folders. I don't believe in spending too much on decorations when the work is what matters. My cousin helps me out sometimes when I have too much on my plate. We usually open up early before the heat gets too bad. Delhi summers are no joke, especially when you are working right next to the hot tarmac of the main road. We don't have a big corporate story to tell. I just worked in this field for years and decided it was time to put my name on the door. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working through documents. It is a lot of routine, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best we can. Living nearby makes the commute easy.
