Pandey Interior Decorators

Our shop is at Kalyanvas Gate 432 in Kalyanpuri. We do interior decorators, but not the kind you see in those expensive magazines. We just help people make their houses look a bit nicer. Maybe it’s a new coat of paint or some curtains, or fixing up a room that’s fallen apart. It’s just a few of us. We spend a lot of time carrying samples around and measuring walls. My hands are usually stained with something or other. The office is full of fabric scraps and old paint tins. It’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. People in Kalyanpuri know us. They drop by the gate and ask if we can come take a look at their place. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just do the work and hope the customer likes it enough to tell someone else. It’s not always perfect. Sometimes a color doesn't look like we thought it would on the wall, so we have to change it. We just talk to the people and figure it out. We’ve been at 432 for a while now. It’s a good spot. Not too far from anything. We just keep working, trying to make things look a little better than they did when we arrived. It’s simple work, really. We often work through the weekends if a family needs their living room finished before a big party. It’s just what we do to help out.
