You’ll find Pan India Consultants Pvt Ltd over at A 18 in the Nakshatra Apartments in New Delhi. It’s a bit of a climb up to our floor if the lift is acting up, but we’re used to it. The office is set up in a way that feels pretty homey, which I guess happens when you work out of an apartment building. We have our desks lined up along the walls and a big table in the middle where we pile up all the paperwork. It’s not a place where you’ll see people in suits very often. We’re more of a jeans and t-shirt kind of crew. We spend our days going through data, writing up reports, and checking in with each other. There is always a lot of chatter going on, mostly about work but sometimes about what we’re going to have for dinner. We have a small balcony where we can go if we need a break from the screens for a few minutes. The apartment complex is usually pretty busy with families and other small businesses, so there is always some kind of noise in the background. We don't have a lot of fancy technology, just the basics that get us through the day. We like it this way because it’s simple and it works for us. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out, making sure everything is handled correctly. That’s how we’ve always operated.
