Pacl India Ltd

Pacl India Ltd is based out of Plot No 14 in Sector 18, Dwarka. Specifically, we are at A 402, and Sukanta Mohapatra is usually the one you’ll find around here. New Delhi 75 is a big place, but Sector 18 has its own vibe. It’s a mix of people living their lives and small offices like ours trying to keep things running. We don’t have a massive sign or a glass skyscraper. We just have this space in the building where we can focus on our tasks. It gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, which is nice for getting through the paperwork. We don’t try to act like we are some huge global firm. We’re just a local office doing what we need to do. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. We’ve been here long enough that we know the other people in the plot. We share a few nods in the hallway and keep to ourselves mostly. There is no corporate manual on how we should talk to people. We just use common sense and try to be helpful when someone stops by. It’s a practical way to run a business. We stay out of the drama and just focus on the work that needs to be finished by the end of the day. That is the way we have always done it here in Dwarka.
