Overseas Career

Our place is called Overseas Career and you can find us at R Extn 140A near Vikrant Chowk in Mohan Garden. This is part of Uttam Nagar in New Delhi 59. It is a bit of a walk from the main road but not too hard to find once you get near the chowk. We help people who are looking to go abroad for work or other things. Our office is pretty modest and we like it that way. We have some chairs for visitors and basic desks where we look at documents all day. It gets busy in Mohan Garden, especially around the market times when everyone is out. We spend our day talking to people about their plans and checking what paperwork they need for their applications. It is a lot of talking and a lot of reading through forms. We are just regular people working here, trying to keep things organized. Vikrant Chowk is a good landmark for us. The building isn't brand new, but it works for what we need. Sometimes we have a lot of people waiting and the room gets a bit small, and other times it’s just us catching up on files. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated processes that nobody understands. It’s mostly just sitting down and going through the steps one by one. Moving to another country is a big deal, so we see a lot of nervous people. We just try to stay calm and do our part from this little corner of Uttam Nagar.
