Oswal Sunil Company

Oswal Sunil Company works out of a DDA flat—number 556 in Pocket 2, Sector 19 of Dwarka. It is a residential area in New Delhi, which makes the whole place feel more like a home than a traditional business office. We have been working out of this flat for quite some time now. It is a bit tight with all the files and equipment we have squeezed in, but it works for us. We do not have a big fancy sign outside or a lobby. It is just a doorbell and some stairs. Being in Dwarka is nice because it is a bit quieter than the center of Delhi, though the traffic near the local markets still gets crazy in the evenings. We handle our daily business here, whether it is paperwork or meeting with the occasional visitor who manages to find the right block. Our team is small, mostly just a few people who have been together for years. We know each other’s families and what is going on in everyone's lives. It is a very personal way to run a company. We are not trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We just want to do the work that needs to be done. We stay organized as best as we can, though things can get cluttered during the busy months. It is a simple, honest way to make a living, and we are happy to be part of the community here in Sector 19.
