We are situated on the 3rd floor at T 74 on Church Road. It’s right in the heart of Bhogal, near Nizamuddin East. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a workout every time we come into work, but it also keeps us a little bit away from the noise of the street level. Church Road is always bustling with people and cars, so it’s never quiet outside. Inside the office, things are a bit more focused. We do consultancy work, which mostly means a lot of talking, writing, and thinking through different problems. The space is filled with books, folders, and stacks of notes from various projects. It’s a bit cluttered if I’m being honest, but we know where everything is. We have a small balcony where you can look out over the rooftops of Bhogal while taking a break. It’s not a flashy setup, just some basic furniture and computers that have been with us for years. We like being in this part of Delhi because it feels real and connected to the city. People come to us when they need a different perspective on their organizations. We don't use big words or complicated charts if we can avoid it. We just sit down with people and try to figure things out together in a way that makes sense. The stairs can be tiring at the end of a long day, but we are used to it.
