We are Org Ims Research P Ltd, and we operate out of B701 in the Om Satyam Apartments. It’s a quiet spot in Sector 4 of Dwarka. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our research work day in and day out. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything, just a regular apartment converted into our workspace. Most days it’s just us staring at data and trying to make sense of what’s in front of us. It gets busy, especially when there are deadlines, but we manage. People often ask what exactly happens here, and it’s mostly just a lot of reading and compiling information for our projects. Dwarka is a decent place to be, though traffic around Sector 4 can get a bit annoying during peak hours. We like it here because it feels more like a home than a stiff office. There’s a small tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the screens. We don’t have a big reception or a receptionist; if you come by, one of us will just open the door. It’s a straightforward setup. We focus on the research tasks we have on our plate and try to get things right. It’s nothing glamorous, just steady work that keeps us occupied. We've got enough desks for everyone and a small kitchen area for coffee. That’s pretty much the reality of our daily life here in New Delhi.
