We are Orbis Hospitality Service Pvt Ltd, and our office is located at 44C in Mayur Vihar Phase III. We’ve been in this part of Mayur Vihar for a long time now. It’s more of a residential neighborhood, which gives our office a bit of a local, community feel. We don’t have a big, shiny corporate headquarters. Our office is a practical place where we manage all the hospitality services we provide. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of phone calls. We aren’t trying to look bigger than we are. We have a small, dedicated crew and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. There are no fancy uniforms or corporate handbooks here. We just come in and get the work done. Being in Phase III means we are close to where we live, and we like the local vibe. There’s a tea stall nearby where we usually gather for a break in the afternoon. We don’t spend any time on marketing or trying to sound impressive. It seems to us that if we do our jobs well, that’s all the advertisement we need. Things can get pretty busy when we have a lot of service requests coming in at once, but we have a good system for staying organized. It’s a humble setup, but it’s our home base and it’s where we put in the hours every day to keep things running.
