You can find us in Uttam Nagar, on the Matiala Bindapur Road near Nanhe Park. The address is number 96. It’s a very crowded area with a lot of traffic passing by all day long. Our office isn’t much to look at. It’s just a ground-floor space with a couple of desks and a lot of tools lying around. We usually have several items opened up on the workbenches at once. It gets a bit cluttered with all the screwdrivers, soldering irons, and spare parts. The lighting is a bit harsh because we need to see the small details on the circuit boards. It’s not a place where we sit around and relax. There’s always a phone ringing or someone knocking at the door with a broken appliance. The walls are a dull off-white color and have some scuff marks from moving boxes around. We have a small cooler for water in the corner, which is a lifesaver in the summer. The road outside is always being dug up for some pipe or wire, so it’s pretty noisy. We don't have any fancy receptionists or waiting lounges. People just stand around or sit on the one extra chair we have while we check their stuff. We just try to get things working again so people can go about their day. It’s basic work, but it keeps us busy.
