Office Coordinator

The office is located at B 85 in Shakarpur, which is a pretty crowded part of Delhi 92. We call ourselves Office Coordinator because that is exactly what we do all day. There is always someone calling about a schedule or a piece of paper that went missing. The streets around here are narrow, so getting things delivered can be a bit of a headache. We have a small desk near the window where we sit. It’s mostly just us trying to keep track of various tasks. We don't have a big team or fancy equipment. Just the basics like a printer that works most of the time and some chairs. The building itself is quite old. We usually have tea delivered from the shop around the corner twice a day. It helps us get through the afternoon slump. Most of our work is just making sure everything is where it should be. We talk to a lot of different people on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic, but we try to keep things in order. Being in Shakarpur means there is always something going on outside. We don't really have a lot of space for people to wait, so we just try to be quick. It is a very practical setup for the kind of coordinating work we handle daily. We just stay focused on the lists and the deadlines.
