We are based over in Kalkaji at C-20. Our daily routine involves a lot of office systems and equipment work. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main markets, which is nice for getting work done. We handle things like UPS systems, batteries, and other hardware that keeps offices running. The office here is filled with testing equipment and heavy units waiting for service. It isn't a retail shop where you just walk in to buy a candy bar; it’s more of a technical workspace. We spend our time checking voltages and making sure the backup systems are actually going to work when the power goes out. The guys here have been doing this for years, so there’s a lot of experience tucked away in this Kalkaji office. We don’t have fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s mostly just metal racks, tools, and a lot of wires. Sometimes the phone rings all day with people asking technical questions about their power supplies. We just take it one step at a time. If someone comes by C-20, they’ll usually find us deep in some technical manual or testing a power board. It’s a steady job and we like the technical side of things. We aren’t interested in big corporate talks. We just want to make sure the machines we look after don't fail when people need them the most.
