Our shop is at number 1749 in Bhagirath Place, which everyone knows is one of the busiest spots in Chandni Chowk. O S R Agencies has been around for a good while now, right in the middle of all that noise and movement. If you have ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how it is—narrow lanes, people everywhere, and carts moving back and forth all day long. We deal with various goods and agency work, mostly just keeping things moving from the suppliers to the shops. It is not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It is just a practical space where we keep our records and talk to customers who drop in. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, but that is just part of working here. We have a small team, just a few of us who know the area well. Most days are spent on the phone or checking lists of what came in and what needs to go out. We do not do much advertising because most people find us just by being in the market or through word of mouth over the years. It is a bit dusty and loud outside, but inside we just focus on getting the work done. We have seen the market change a lot, but our spot in Shop No 1749 stays pretty much the same.
