We are located on the third floor of building 4 32 in Lajpat Nagar 4. If you know New Delhi 24, you know how busy this market area can be. It’s always loud with people shopping and cars honking, but once you get up to the third floor, it’s a bit more manageable. We deal with textiles, so the office is usually filled with fabric swatches, rolls of cloth, and threads of all different colors. It gets a bit messy sometimes, especially when a new shipment comes in and we have to sort through everything. We don't have a fancy showroom. It's more of a workspace where we check quality and handle orders. The air conditioner struggles a bit during the Delhi summers, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. Our staff has been here for a long time, so we all know the routine. We don't spend time on big speeches or marketing plans. We just look at the materials, talk to the suppliers, and get the orders out the door. Sometimes we have tea together in the small kitchen area when things slow down in the late afternoon. It’s a practical business run by people who know about cloth. We’ve been in this part of Lajpat Nagar for a while now and we like being right in the heart of the textile trade, even if the stairs are a bit steep to climb.
