Working out of Satya Marg in Chanakya Puri is definitely different than being in the more crowded parts of New Delhi. The roads are much wider here. There are trees everywhere, which makes the morning commute a lot more pleasant. We’re surrounded by all the embassies and government buildings, so the whole area has this very serious and quiet feel to it. Our office is tucked in among these big residences. It's mostly quiet inside, with everyone focused on their computers or talking on phones. We don't get a lot of random foot traffic because of where we are located. Usually, it’s just us and the people we’ve scheduled meetings with. Security in this part of town is tight. We always tell visitors to keep their ID handy. We spend most of our time dealing with the pharmaceutical side of things, checking data and making sure everything aligns with the requirements. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments. For lunch, since there aren't many small shops right here, most of us bring a tiffin or order something in. It’s a professional environment but we keep things pretty relaxed among ourselves. We’ve been at this location for a bit now. All of us have gotten used to the calm atmosphere of Chanakya Puri. It’s a good change of pace from the typical Delhi rush you find in places like CP or Nehru Place. Things stay steady here.
