North Delhi Power Limited

We are set up at 137 Kohat Enclave in Pitam Pura. This is where North Delhi Power Limited handles the local work. Delhi 34 is a crowded area, so there is always something going on outside our door. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of the city. We spend most of our time looking at meters and dealing with the cables that run through the streets. It is not the kind of job where you sit around doing nothing. People in Kohat Enclave expect things to work, so we stay busy. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when it rains really heavy and we have to go out anyway. We’ve been at this address for a bit and the locals know where to find us. It’s a simple setup inside with a few chairs for visitors and a lot of logbooks. We don't use much fancy technology for the office side of things, just what we need to keep track of the lines. Pitam Pura has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of it. If you walk past 137, you'll probably see one of us coming or going with a toolkit. We try to keep the area serviced without making too much of a fuss. It’s just work. We show up, do what needs doing, and then head home like everyone else in Delhi. We are just glad to be a part of the neighborhood.
