We work out of this unit, and it’s got everything we need to keep things moving. The traffic outside on the main roads can be quite something, but inside it stays relatively calm. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work well and go home at the end of the day. There is no polished lobby or uniformed staff. It’s just us in our regular clothes, working through our lists. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of paper. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just life in the city. We’ve known the people in the neighboring units for a long time. We share a bit of news and maybe a cup of tea now and then. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don’t spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth usually does the trick for us. We just keep the door open and stay busy with the tasks at hand.
