Nis Sparta

Our place is on the second floor at A 40 in Ashoka Enclave Part II. Faridabad is a bit quieter than some other spots, which we appreciate. The office isn't anything you’d see in a movie. It’s just a room with some sturdy tables and chairs where we can sit and focus. We’ve been here in Haryana for a good bit of time now. The neighbors are mostly quiet, except for the usual sounds of the street during the day. We don't have any big slogans or missions we talk about. We just come in every morning and handle whatever work is waiting for us. Usually, that means a lot of emails and phone calls. We try to keep things simple and direct. If someone asks us something, we give them a straight answer without any of that corporate jargon. It’s a small team, so we all know what everyone else is doing. It’s not the kind of place where you get lost in the shuffle. We take our breaks together and sometimes order food from the place down the road if we’re staying late. The office gets some good light in the morning, which makes it a nice place to sit. We aren't looking to grow into some massive firm. We like the size we are because it keeps things manageable and we can actually talk to each other without having a formal meeting about it. It’s just us doing our best.
