Nirmal Sangeet Sadna Kand is located in the Shahdara area, specifically in Chajju Pur. Our address is C 415 on Rana Pratap Marg. This is where we spend our time on music and practice sessions. It’s a local neighborhood and our space is right in the middle of it. The building at C 415 is not a high-tech studio or anything like that. It’s just a simple place with a few rooms where we can sit and focus on our instruments. We have been here for quite some time and the local folks know what we do. Sometimes you can hear music coming from our windows if you're walking down Rana Pratap Marg. It’s a busy road but once you step inside, things feel a bit more relaxed. We have a few rugs on the floor and some old chairs for people to sit on. It’s a very informal environment. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people find us through word of mouth in the Shahdara community. We like it that way because it keeps things personal. There are usually instruments lying around and sheets of music scattered on the tables. It’s a working space for people who care about their craft. We don't worry too much about having the latest gear. We just use what we have and try to improve a little bit every day through steady practice.
