We're over at Shop No B 35 in Patel Nagar West. It's a small shop, easy to miss if you aren't looking. We deal with properties around here. People come in to ask about rents or if anything is selling. The neighborhood has changed a lot. We’ve seen new buildings go up and old ones get torn down. It’s a busy part of Delhi. There’s always someone stopping by for a chat. We have some folders with listings and a few chairs. It’s nothing fancy, just a place to sit and talk. My cousin helps out sometimes. We know most of the landlords on this block. Some days are slow, other days the phone won't stop ringing. We handle the paperwork and show people around. It’s mostly local stuff. We don't really go outside this area much. It’s better to know one place well than try to be everywhere. The shop gets a bit dusty with the road right there. We just keep the fan going and stay busy. If you need to find us, just look for the sign near the corner. We've been at this spot for a while now. Most neighbors know where we are. It’s just how we do things here. We don't have any big brochures or fancy displays in the window. Just some hand-written notes and a map of the colony. It's a simple way to work, and it's worked for us so far.
