Our office is located at Okhla Industrial Estate Phase I, number 15. If you know Okhla, you know it’s all about getting things built and moved. Nice Projects Pvt Ltd is right in the thick of it. It’s an industrial area, so don't expect anything pretty. There are trucks everywhere and the sound of machinery is pretty much constant during the day. We have a solid space here where we manage different projects. It’s mostly desks, filing cabinets, and some big tables for looking at drawings. We deal with a lot of technical stuff, but we aren't the type to sit in meetings all day talking about synergy. We just look at what needs to be done and find a way to do it. The air is a bit heavy with the smell of nearby factories, but you get used to it. We have a small team and everyone knows their job. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to stay late to fix a schedule or sort out a supply issue. That’s just part of the project life. We don't have a corporate cafeteria or anything like that. We usually just grab something from the local stalls nearby. It is a gritty place to work, but it feels productive. We’ve been at Phase I for quite a while now and we don't plan on moving. It’s the right place for the kind of work we handle.
