Nextgen

Our place, Nextgen, is located right in the heart of Malviya Nagar. This part of South Delhi is always buzzing with people, markets, and cars, and we are right in the middle of it all. It’s a lively spot to work in, even if it gets a bit cramped sometimes. The office itself is pretty basic—we have what we need to get the job done and not much else. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. Instead, we have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and our computers. It feels like a very human space, with personal items like small plants or family photos scattered around the desks. People walk in and out all day, and there's a constant flow of energy. We spend our time managing the day-to-day tasks that keep a small business like this going. It’s not always glamorous; there’s a lot of data entry and phone calls involved. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but you get used to it after a week or two of working here. We eat lunch together most days, usually ordering something from one of the many stalls nearby. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we take pride in just showing up and doing the work. We aren't trying to be some giant company; we just want to keep things running properly in Malviya Nagar. Every day is a bit of a challenge but it keeps us on our toes.
