Nextgen Tech Uk Ltd is based at 20 21 in Lodhi Colony, which is one of the nicer, older parts of New Delhi. The buildings here have a lot of character, with the high ceilings and the thick walls that keep things a bit cooler in the summer heat. We have a couple of rooms where we set up our equipment and get to work. It’s a fairly quiet area compared to places like Karol Bagh or Laxmi Nagar, so we don't have to deal with too much traffic noise while we are on calls. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the other people working in the nearby blocks. Our team isn't very big, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We don't go in for all those fancy mission statements or corporate buzzwords. We just show up in the morning, make some tea, and start going through the list of things that need to be done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is a bit mismatched, but it’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We like the walkability of Lodhi Colony and often head out for a bit of air in the afternoons. It’s a straightforward setup for a tech company, and we find that being in 11003 suits our style of working just fine without any unnecessary complications getting in the way.
