Newgen Software Technologies Ltd New Delhi

We are situated at Kk 19 in Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad. Even though the name says Newgen Software Technologies Ltd New Delhi, this is where we actually are for this branch. Kavi Nagar is a pretty established part of Ghaziabad. Our office is a bit older, with some mismatched furniture and a lot of books on programming lying around. It’s not a showroom. It’s a place where people actually work. We spend a lot of time on our computers, typing away and checking for errors in the code. It’s not very exciting to watch, but it keeps us busy. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. The team here is small, so we all know each other well. We talk about local news or what happened over the weekend. The commute isn't too bad for most of us. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just write software. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living and working here. We don't make big promises. We just try to finish our tasks on time and make sure the software is doing what it’s supposed to do. It’s a simple, straightforward operation. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and we’re quite used to the pace here.
