New Technology Research

Our office is tucked away at 5 10 Wea Saraswati Marg in Karol Bagh. If you know New Delhi, you know how busy it gets around here. We’ve been in this spot for a good bit of time, and honestly, the noise from the street is just part of the background now. At New Technology Research, we spend most of our hours just looking at screens or reading through files. It isn't always exciting, but it’s what we do. The room is a bit cramped because we have piles of papers and old equipment sitting in the corners. We keep meaning to clear it out, but something else always comes up. Most of us take the metro or find a spot for the scooter nearby, which is never easy in Karol Bagh. We usually have lunch together at the desk or grab something from the vendor down the street. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just look into things, try to figure out how they work, and write it all down. It's quiet work in a very loud city. The air conditioner makes a bit of a rattle, but it keeps the heat away in the summer. We don't have fancy meetings. Usually, we just shout across the room if we find something interesting. It’s a simple setup, and it suits the way we like to work. We don't need much more than a desk and a working lamp to get through the day.
