New Era

New Era is located at 2011 A in Pillangi, which is part of the Kotla Mubarakpur area. We are quite close to South Ex 1, so it’s easy for people to find us if they are familiar with that part of New Delhi. The lanes around here can be a bit narrow and crowded, but that is just the character of Kotla. We have been operating out of this building for a long time. It’s not a polished retail store or a fancy corporate headquarters. It is just a workspace where we get our things done every day. Whether we are dealing with customers or sorting out our inventory, we just keep things moving along. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, but we just work around those things. The people working here are locals who have been around for years. We know the neighbors and the other shopkeepers on the block. We don't really do much advertising because most of our business comes from people who just walk in or have heard about us through word of mouth. It is a very simple way of running a business, and we prefer it that way. No one is trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny furniture. We just offer what we have at the price we can and hope that is enough for the people who stop by. It’s just a regular day-to-day life here.
