Our office is on the ground floor of the DDA flats in Madangir. If you know the area, you know it’s quite crowded and full of life. We do barter services, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who want to trade things. It’s a simple ground floor unit. We didn't do much to the interior, just some paint and a few desks. It’s a bit dark inside during the day, so we keep the lights on. The neighbors are mostly families, so you hear kids playing or people talking in the hallways. It’s a very different vibe from the big office blocks in Connaught Place. We like it because it’s easy for people to find us without going through a security gate or a lobby. The tea stall right outside is where we spend most of our breaks. Parking is a nightmare here, so most of us come by rickshaw or bus. We don't have any big corporate signs, just a small one by the door. It’s a hardworking little office. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help people trade and keep our books straight. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with people coming in and out, but that’s just how Madangir is. It’s a real place for real work, and we’ve been here for a good while now.
