We are located at Flat No 5 in Niyoshi Park 2, which is in the Aundh area of Pune. It’s a residential complex, so it doesn’t really look like a standard corporate office from the outside. Working out of an apartment gives things a bit more of a relaxed feel, even though we are busy most of the time. Aundh is a nice part of Pune with a lot of trees and decent shops nearby, so it’s a good place to be based in Maharastra. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now. Inside the flat, we’ve turned the rooms into workspace with computers and shelves full of folders. It’s not very big, so things can get a bit crowded if everyone is in at the same time. We usually have the balcony doors open to let in some air, especially when the weather in Pune is actually nice. Most of our day is spent handling paperwork or talking on the phone to get things sorted out for whatever project is currently on the go. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby with magazines. If you come by, you’re basically walking into our work area. It’s a simple, honest way to run things without all the extra costs of a big glass building. We just do our work, drink some tea, and head home when the sun goes down. It works for us and the people we deal with daily.
