It’s a bit of an interesting spot because the address says New Delhi but also mentions Haryana, though we are firmly in that 110 091 pin code area. Working out of an apartment complex gives Naukri Com a very different vibe. It’s not like those cold office buildings. We have a kitchen where we make our own coffee, and the balcony has a few plants that someone remembers to water once in a while. The main room is where all the desks are. We deal with a lot of people looking for work, and being in a residential area makes the whole thing feel a bit more personal. It’s quiet most of the time, except when the neighbors are doing construction. We have stacks of folders everywhere because we haven't gone fully digital yet. The furniture is a mix of stuff we’ve picked up over the years. It isn’t matching, but it works. Mayur Vihar is a good neighborhood with plenty of places to grab a quick bite. We like it here because it feels like a real community. There’s no corporate polish here, just a group of people trying to help others find jobs while sitting in a flat.
