National Research Development Corporation

We are the National Research Development Corporation located out here in Bihar. Our address is simply listed as Bihar, India, which sounds broad, but we are well-rooted in the region. Since we don't have a specific street name on the main file, we tend to deal with people from all over the state. It’s a big area to cover, but we do our best. We spend a lot of time traveling to different towns to see how research projects are going. The work involves a lot of meeting with local innovators who have good ideas but need some help with the technical bits. Our main goal is just to help development along in this part of the country. It’s not an easy job because Bihar is so vast. We often find ourselves in small offices or out in the field. The team is quite small, but we’ve been at this for a long time. We don't have a big fancy headquarters with glass walls. It’s more about sitting down with people and looking at what they’ve built. We use simple tools and try to keep the paperwork as light as possible, though that’s hard with government-related stuff. Most people find us through word of mouth or by asking around in the local development circles. We just keep our heads down and keep working on whatever project comes our way next. That’s how we’ve always done it here and it works.
