National Commission For Enterprises In The Unorganised Sector

We are based over in Janakpuri, at the address Ba 140A. New Delhi is a huge place with so much going on, but our corner here is where we focus on the unorganised sector. It sounds like a big title, but really it just means we look at how smaller businesses and people working on their own are doing in the real world. The office is pretty simple and functional. We have our chairs, some older computers, and a lot of papers piled up on every available surface. We spend our days looking at data and talking about how things are going for workers who do not have big company jobs or regular benefits. It is important work, but we do not feel the need to shout about it or make a scene. The people who work here are just regular folks who want to do a decent job and go home to their families. We have been at this Janakpuri address for a while now, and the neighbors in the area know us by sight. It is not a flashy building with glass and steel, just a place where we can sit down and focus on the reports. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when we have a deadline for a new study, but usually, it is just a steady pace of work. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in and do what we are supposed to do.
