Narender Prasad

My name is Narender Prasad and I run my business out of Tis Hazari. You have to go down Tesil Lane to find me at T 43. It is a narrow lane and it can be a bit hard to navigate if you are driving, so most people just walk. My office is a small, humble room. It has been my base for many years. There is a lot of history in this part of town, and you can feel it in the old buildings and the way the streets are laid out. I have a very simple setup. A desk, a few chairs for visitors, and my old typewriter that I still use for certain things. People ask why I don't move to a more modern area, but I like it here. I know the people in the lane and they know me. We help each other out when we can. My day usually consists of meeting people who need help with their paperwork or just want some advice. I don't charge much because I know how hard people work for their money. It is more about being part of the community for me. The office gets a bit cold in the winter, so I keep a small heater by my feet. In the summer, the fan does its best to keep the air moving. It is a very basic life, but it is an honest one. I don't need much more than this spot.
